Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you order from Southmead halal butchers through this site. Ordering means you accept them. They do not reduce your statutory rights as a consumer.

Orders

• An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when you place it. We may decline an order, for example an address outside our delivery area, and will refund anything already paid.
• The minimum order value is £50.00.
• Meat is a natural product cut to order: pack weights marked "approx." may vary slightly. The price charged is the price shown at checkout.
• Prices include VAT where it applies. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch; you can cancel for a full refund if we do.

Delivery

We are delivery only. Delivery areas, slots, charges and our refund policy for fresh food are on the delivery & refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

Cancellation

Fresh meat is perishable and prepared to your order, so it is exempt from the 14-day cancellation right in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is prepared on the delivery morning. Call us. If something is wrong with what arrives, our refund policy applies.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability we cannot exclude by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
