Order changes

Need to change or cancel an order? Call or message us as soon as you can. Meat is cut to order on the morning of delivery, so changes are possible until your order goes to the counter, usually early on the delivery day.

Something wrong with a delivery?

Tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo if you can, and we will put it right with a replacement on the next delivery or a refund. See our delivery & refunds page for the details.
